A combination of resistance training and cardio exercise has been proven time and again to be the most effective way of reducing body fat levels and boosting energy.

 

What does a typical personal training session involve?

  • A short warmup to increase circulation and ready joints (includes boxing, rowing, cycling etc).
  • The core of the session.  Depending on your goals, it may include 4-6 resistance training exercises, circuit training, boxing, cardio intensity training, or a combination of all!
  • All sessions are completed with a relaxing stretch and shoulder massage.

Regular Pricing - Singles and Individuals

  • 40 minute session - $30 per person
  • 1 hour session - $45 per person

Partner/s Pricing - Groups of two or three

  • 40 minute session - $20 per person
  • 1 hour session - $30 per person
