What does a typical personal training session involve?
- A short warmup to increase circulation and ready joints (includes boxing, rowing, cycling etc).
- The core of the session. Depending on your goals, it may include 4-6 resistance training exercises, circuit training, boxing, cardio intensity training, or a combination of all!
- All sessions are completed with a relaxing stretch and shoulder massage.
